Return Policy

All of our products come with a money back return policy from the day on which the product is received. We are confident that your experience with us will be 100% satisfactory. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may send it back for a full refund less shipping, handling, insurance fees and a 25% restocking fee. If a gun has been fired, it cannot be returned.

To return an item, please read and follow these simple instructions.

* Email us to authorize the return of the merchandise and obtain a return authorization number.

* Return all original products and accompanying documents in their original form. Vitalpaintball, LLC. is not responsible for lost or damaged materials in the return shipment.
